His legacy

Jimmy's Legacy
Jimmy's legacy would defintely be the love that he had for his family. He left every single one of us reeling... not knowing how to live without him.

His greatest love was for his parents. He was the only boy in the family for many years. To say that he was wanted was a real understatement. Being his older sister, who was the baby for six years prior to his birth, I can tell you that he was wanted by everyone, including me!

Jimmy lived at home with Mom and Dad until he was 22 years old. I didn't think that he would ever move out. He wasn't in a big hurry and I don't think that they really were either. When he did move out, he moved down the street and into the house that our great grandparents built. He only slept there though. He ate all of his meals either with my parents at their house or in a restaurant. He never would have moved far from my parents.

Jimmy and I also had a good relationship that became even stronger during the last year of his life. He was hospitalized in March 2005 with and we became even closer after that. I am so thankful for the relationship that we had.

Jimmy was such a great Uncle to my boys. They all have their special memories of him. He will live on forever within all of our hearts.
